Hi, I'm new to Opsgenie. I want to set up our on-call rotation groups so our support desk is able to email Opsgenie to create an alert that will notify a particular group. To take it one step further, I want the support desk to be able to send emails to Opsgenie to alert the on-call groups directly without having the other groups see a general alert. I don't want to have all the groups see an alert that isn't addressed to their group.
So an example would be:
Service Desk -> OpsGenie -> Security On-call Alert
Service Desk -> OpsGenie -> Desktop On-call Alert
Is that possible?
