How do I create a report that details hours worked for invoicing?

I am new to Atlassian. I am using the service desk to provide support for clients. I am using the cloud based version.

I want to create a report that lists for each item in my queues the total hours and minutes worked between two given dates.

I have searched many places but cannot seem to work out how to do this.

Hi Craig,

Jira do not allow to make calculated reporting without add-ons. You should check something like tempo timesheets or something similar.
