How do I change values of particular field?

For Example: Currently, field "Priority" has values - High, Medium, Low

I need to remove all these and put P1, P2, P3

Log in as an administrator and go to Admin -> Issues -> Priority.

I would recommend renaming the existing values, not adding new ones and removing the old (add and remove will delete the current data from the issues.  Renaming will preserve it)

Note that priority is a global field - if you do this, you will be changing the available priority names in every project.  (Cloud only - server and dc have "priority schemes")
