×When you are logged on via the customer portal, when you click on the top right where your initials are for Profile and Settings, you get an option for Approvals. When you click on it, you get a view of your approvals. I would like to only show the records that are in a valid Approval status. For example, when a record is canceled, the Approval from that record still remains in that view. It would seem that this is a filter somewhere, but I am unable to find it to change it.
Hi @Ken Jones,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
The Approvals screen in the Portal is based on if your name is in the Approvers field, so for canceled requests you would have to clear out the approvers field. You could do that either via an automation or have a post function on the decline transition that clears the field.
I added a post function on the decline transition to clear the field. I found that this only happened on Service Request but not Changes. This solution worked fine, I just would like them to clean up the query.
