We need to migrate the email domain and the old one will no longer be used. My customers are tagged to the old email domain as their JIRA service management customer email login ID.
They are portal-only users and they themselves cannot update their emails. However, I also cannot find out where i can change for them. Can help advise?

Currently only a user is able to change it, unless all you customers are managed accounts and you have setup SSO the domain or domains
