How do I change text on the SD portal page?

I need to change the text on the the Jira SD  portal page. Where can I edit the highlighted areas?

Go to the Help Center > Customize in the top navigation > Front page title

Project settings under service desk project > Portal settings > Service desk information (name and introduction text)

Request Types with icons

Project settings under service desk project > Request Types > Click on the Request Type and modify Request type name and description (available in the Request form tab)

But it is an show-only field, I can't edit it. 

What am I doin wrong?

I have the same issue and my field is read only.
