How do I change my @name on my profile?

I noticed in our Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Service Desk) users now have an @name listed below their display names.

These showed up recently and seem to be inconsistent in their format. For some of us it is listed as @firstname lastname. Others it lists @their-email-address, and others have @theirusername. One even has a phrase following the @ symbol.

I can't figure out how this information got populated or how to change it. Is it something each user can customize, or something an administrator can modify? I can tell that it's something applied at our Jira Service Desk domain level (or it appears to be since I can't see this information in Atlassian Access).

I can't locate this in the documentation either,

I can't believe I didn't see it... must have tired eyes. You click "Manage your account" and then update the Nickname field. User-configurable, just like Slack nicknames.
