I am currently creating a form using ProForma in a Jira Service Desk project. However, in the free text fields it is not possible for users to enter bullet points, only continuous text. How can I change this?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Forms currently do not support rich text, but Atlassian is working on it and based on this suggestion, JSDCLOUD-10702, they are aiming to have this released soon.
