How do I add my company logo to the customer notification email template as part of a signature?
I did have it linked to an image held on our website, but this is no longer working. I can see the image in the rendered example, but when I send a sample email to myself, I can't see it.

You can’t upload a logo directly into the email template in JSM Cloud.
The supported options are:
Portal logo → set it under Channels & self service → Portal. This logo is also used in customer notifications.
Custom HTML → you can add an <img> tag, but the image must be hosted on a public URL.
If it shows in preview but not in the actual email, it’s usually because:
- the image isn’t publicly accessible
- the host blocks external access (hotlinking)
- or the mail client blocks external images
So I’d recommend using the portal logo as the most reliable approach
