How can you run report to export jira Service desk customers?

We are looking to review and analysis Jira service desk customers before we migrate to cloud. Is there a way to export a list of customers per service desk?

we are able to export all Jira accounts with a add on, but this does not include which service desk they are linked to.

Hi @Katy Watson - Unfortunately, there is no native capability for this.  You could explore hitting the API for each respective portal:

https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/4.15.0/#servicedeskapi/servicedesk/{serviceDeskId}/customer

This would return the list in a JSON format and then you could convert that to say, csv.
