How can you edit a form in customer portal, when it was already submitted and the status already tra

I tested and made a workflow, and added an automation, when the form is submitted it automatically transition in the next status, however I want the form in customer helpdesk be editable in different status. How do I proceed with this? Is there a way to have this performed?

There is an article which outline the method to allow customers to edit/make amends to Jira fields for their submitted request using Forms.

@Nhat Tu  I read through the article you attached, unfortunately the customer is unable to perform the reopening of the form in the helpdesk. But thank you for the information!
