How can you automate assign requests when they are not in work hours & are certain priorities?

I've tried using JQL scripts to assign requests based on:

>endofday <startofday and certain priorities

Also where the time created is not withinCalendarHours()

But neither works.

Is there another calendar as well as the SLA calendar in JIRA Service Desk that I can't find where working hours are set?

Hi Amanda, did you ever find a solution to this? I am trying to customize email notifications from service desk based on business hours and am also looking for a JQL search.
