How can we set the permissions to our server?

Madhavi kasaragadda November 18, 2019

Hi Team,

We want to know that we have our Jira service desk link which is used by our company and its global for us but the same link we have to give our clients where the link will be accessed only in there network not out of there network for example only inside office not outside of office....

We need to allow only limited clients from our server, only those clients can access this link.

Can u please help us with that??as it's high priority

If your JIRA Service Desk is hosted in-premise , I think you will have to work with your networking and security team to have this configured.

This looks like a networking issue and not JIRA issue .

It all depends on how your networks - security team makes the JIRA url accessible and inaccessible.
