How can we change the introduction text at the top of the JIRA Service Desk Portals screen?

Is there any way to change the "Welcome to the help center - we're here to help! Raise a request from the options provided." text at the top of the JIRA Service Desk Portals screen?

Now it's possible in Administration --> Portal Settings --> Introduction text :

Hi,

This is currently not possible as far as I know (would like to change it though). I think it is in fact a bug that the help center does not reflect any customized theme and branding for your portal.
