Is there an option to use one mail in several different SD's? The idea is to validate the incoming mails by some way and sort them in their respective SD's.
Can this be done without usage of an add-on? If not, which add-on would you suggest?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
When using Service Desk we have the option to use the address automatically created by Jira or add a custom email address and this is specific for each project. When we try to use the same address for another one, it will show an error.
With that said, currently, it's not possible to use only one email address for more than one project. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Thank you for the response. I will request is as a feature, because I believe that it will be used by many Jira Users, since it will remove the need to create separate mails for each SD, if you want to use mail-to-ticket option.
