How can i update Signup page for customer on Service desk?

Is it possible to add more custom fields on the signup page for customer on JIRA Service desk?

Thanks Brant, Yes i show this ticket before asking this question on Community. But i do not see any progress since it is created and also the requester is inactive now. Anyway let me ask you 1 more question. is it possible to add custom field on User profile page?
