How can i select "Other Issues Types" in an already created ticket?

My clients open tickets under the wrong "request type" all the time. How do i change the request type myself. Currently only 2 are in my screen with all else grayed out.

Hello,

You should convert your issue to proper issue type first using the move option.

You can find how to move an issue here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver073/moving-an-issue-861257345.html

Then you can change the Request Type field.
