How can i remove all apps in order to delete organization. Cannot get to support

I've cancelled all subscriptions and remove domains. But certain apps cannot be removed. I saw in Atlassian support that for apps like Rovo i need to contact support but I cannot get to support since it always just redirects me to forums and documentation.

Any pointers what can i do next?
