We are using the cloud version of Jira Service Desk.
When a customer creates a request in the help center portal his organization will be added as shared with.
But if we embedded the request form into our website, the "share with" filed doesn't appear.
How can I put this field into the embedded request form? Or how can I set automatically this field with the organisation of the current customer?

Currently, it's not possible to share the ticket with the organization through the widget. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
