In the old Jira we could tag a word. but in new one in our ticketing tools we can only lable a ticket and not able to tag. is there any way?
Welcome to the community. Can you clarify on what you meant by "Tagging" an issue?
It is by default that one uses Labels to tag issues within a site.
Please advise so we can better assist you.

Hi, let's say i have a ticket and i want to tag in a comment section like #test32
so in future when i search for #test32 i can find that ticket in that comment section
