How can get back the possibility to change all the fields of my portal

I have an issue to modify some fields of the portal.

For example: default language, title, welcome message.

Each time I try, there is no effect on those field.

In the contrary, I can modify the logo, the image into the banner, the colors...

This is blocking and unfortunately I would like to publish my site on next week..

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

There are some settings on a Service Desk project that must be changed directly on the project and not in the portal.

Default language:

Classic projects:

Project settings > Language support.

On this page, you can add languages and select the default one.

Next-gen projects:

Project settings > Language support.

You can add more languages, but it's not possible to change the default. This is set at the moment the project is created.

Title and welcome message:

This option is also edited directly in the project and not the portal.

Classic projects:

Project settings > Portal settings.

Next-gen projects:

Project settings > Channels > Customer portal.
