How can I view/update triggers?

Need to determine what triggers are in place surrounding status changes.

Hi @jlee 

Status is not a field. Change in status can happen due to a transition. If you look at your workflow then you will find triggers and post functions. Triggers will let you make a transition from an external system like Bitbucket. Post Functions will let you do things after transitions has happened. Also there is an event that is triggered when transition happens which you can use in your automation rules.
