How can I use 2 incoming mail server in Jira Service Desk

Hi,
I'm using 2 different incoming mail server in my projects. But I'm getting error when I want to send mail (from mailbox) , for someone in other incoming mail server.
For example; I am in X mail server. I send mail to another who in Y mail server. Then this request rejects , it not coming in new issue or new comment. The system perceives this wrong like again system mail.
How can I solve this problem?
