I have a Jira Service Managament Project - company-managed - that I use to create all incidents and requests from other teams on organization. I've noticed that has a field "Affected Services" that automatically sync with Compass, but only shows components from types: Services, Applications.
I want to show the rest of the list that I have already catalog in Compass. In my Jira Software project - company-managed also - has a field "component" that show every component cataloged in Compass, but this field in Jira Service Managament Project does not show any component.
I read about a rollout that was ocurring, but it was a message from April, 2024. Has this rollout happened yet to Jira Service Management Projects?

JSM projects can't use compass components, only Jira projects can use them, as it's part of the development cycle.
JSM projects are not past of a development cycle. JSM created incidents or requested changes can lead to development work, but are not part of the cycle.
