How can I show an agent the joined groups of a JSD customer when viewing an issue?

We use groups in JSD for our customers. I'd like to list the groups a customer is in on the issue screen in the JSD backend. The agent should be able to see immediately which groups a customer belongs to.

See screenshot to better understand what I'd like to have.

Hi Markus,

As the intention is to group customers, why not use the Organization feature instead - https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2016/09/group-customers-in-organizations

This way, if a ticket is shared with an organization, the organization name will be displayed on the ticket so your agents would know which group of customer does the reporter belong to.

I am aware about the organizations - however we have something else in mind, and it's quite complex.

But I thought it may not be so complicated to simply show the groups a customer is in to the agent on the ticket screen.

Do you know how to start to get to this?

In that case, check out another similar question asked at https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Answers-Developer-Questions/reporter-s-group/qaq-p/490075

This option would require you to have the plugin mentioned.
