How can I setup template based on Jira service desk cloud

I want to use template on description area

I already search app.

but It make me confused. 

app seems only support Jira.

Can I use it on Jira service management with Jira template app?

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if you can share the link to the marketplace app with us.

I searched for “Jira template” on marketplace.atlassian.com but there are many apps.

Did you search filtering by “Cloud” and “Jira Service Management” or is it an app that you used in Jira Server?
