How can I setting condition Logic to make dynamic form?

Hi.

I want to make dynamic form by setting condition Logic but I don't know how can I do it. 

Please help me out.

To show/hide fields in the form based on conditions you add sections which has the option to always show or based on a condition. The condition is linked to a previous field, and that field has to be one of the four choice fields that are available.
