I am an org-admin and have a service space with a board that has a column for each of my workflow statuses.
I previously managed to set up columns for custom statuses, but I added a new status and cannot figure out how to make it show up as a column on the board.
The docs note that service spaces are different in that they don't have board settings, rather use queues, however I don't see anything matching my current columns in the queues configuration.
How can I add and re-order columns in my service space board?
Note that the only option I have in the top-right "..." on my board view is "Configure multi-space work"

It asked me to add a space to the page, and it dropped me at the link above when I did it.
Now the question is: How do I get to this page through the normal navigation?
In the left navigation, "multi-space work" is highlighted, but there's no "..." and when I click it, it just sends me to the space with "List", "Board", and "Calendar" tabs. I don't see a way to get back to that URL.
