How can I separate incoming E-Mail-Requests by "Sent-to-Address"

Hey,

we're using Jira SD Cloud with one external IMAP Account to receive E-Mail-Requests an all the other Stuff, which is sent to our public Mail Adress. We have different e-mail-forwardings to our service-desk.(info@, support@, service@) They all appear as an incoming E-Mail-Request. To optimize the routing and SD-Rules I would like to differenciate this mails by the sent-to-address. That would give me the possibility to define automation rules based on these fields to separate them into queues, assign to different request types or handle with different workflows.

Is the a way to access this fields by a rule-variable?

Thanks, Aldo!

I'm afraid the code that reads incoming mail does not capture the sent-to address, so there's no way to use the data in automations or scripts.
