How can I see just the exceeding Service Level Agreements in Jira?

Hi MJ,

here are a couple recommendations:

  • if you just want a one time search then go to the Advance search view and enter... project = xxx AND and "Time to resolution" = breached(). Replace the xxx and time to resolution w/ your project and SLA of choice
  • if you want to see this regularly I would create a Queue called Breached. Use the "Time to resolution" = breached() for your JQL defining the queue.
  • finally you can go to reports in the project in question and there should be a report for breached and you can click on points in the report to see them
