We are currently using the latest version of JIRA Service Desk as our ticketing system for both internal and external users. We will be using HIPPA sensitive info in our tickets and thus would like to keep private content out of email notifications while still notifying external and internal users of ticket updates. For Example if an external client says "I need the report for John Smith DOB 1/1/00", we would not like for the private demographic info to be available to be read via the email notification containing the content from the comment or initial ticket request. We need for the customers or internal employees to only be able to access that information by logging into their JIRA account and accessing the request from there. Currently when I try to remove the "${message.content} in the Plain Text Customer Notifications Template editor, it says that the "Message content variable is required"
