How can I make an automation to notify when someone has not logged 8 hours

I need to know if there is any way in which I create an atumation that controls if all members of the team have logged 8 hours and if there is one who didn't, notify its PM or leader.

@Sofia Grunspan When you say 'have logged 8 hours', do you mean 'have spent 8 hours logged into Jira'?

If so, I do not believe there is such a feature available. The full list of automation rule triggers can be found here, but the majority of these are triggered based off a change to an Artifact within Jira, e.g. a new assignee, comment, field value change. There are limited triggers/conditions relating to user activity

yes, when I said "logged 8 hours" I mean when someone use "Time tracking" field put 8 hours on it or if it's using Tempo add on use +Log Time
