How can I list all the documents for the selected project?

I am testing Jira Service desk in Cloud and currently, there are three projects. I want to see all the documents that are shared under issues /conversations or shared separately.

As per the details you provided, I understood that you would like to access all attachments from a project through a menu. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

If that's the case, currently the only way to access the attachments is through the tickets. Also, it's not possible to filter only attachments in order to view and to download all.

I searched for a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability, but I didn't find anything specific for that, so please, feel free to raise one on jira.atlassian.com (project JRACLOUD) adding more details about why this feature is important for your environment.
