Hi,
In our JIRA Service Desk, we have several users, some of them internal and some of them of the client. We want to limit those external users not to see the reports with the internal users' workloads. How could we do this?
Thanks in advance,
David Romero
Hi David and welcome to Atlassian Community!
For users to see reports, they must have a Jira Service Desk license and be added to the Service Desk Team role in the project.
Just for a better understanding of the issue, can you please give us more details about the external users? Are they licensed users for other products, like Jira SW or Core?
Are those reports only available in the project or do you it on a dashboard?
Regards,
Angélica
Hi Angelica,
All the users are equal, I'm just calling them "external" or "internal" users in order to differentiate the agents that work in my company from the users that our client have in order to be able to close or reopen issues.
The idea is that the users that our client have can't access to the reports, so they won't see the Workloads of the users from my company, but I can't find a way to do so.
The reports are right now available both in the project and on a dashboard.
Is there a way to limit some users like that?
Thank you,
David

If the user has a service desk license and if they were added on a role that gives permissions to see the reports, like Administrators or Jira Service Desk Team, they will be able to see the reports.
If the users don't have those permissions and they are still able to see the reports, can you please let us know what type of license they have and what role they were added?
