How can I hide or remove the name of the agent in a respond to a external customer?
As shown in this screenshot, the response to the customer contains the agents full name. Unfortunatly, I cant change my name to its initlials, cause its blocked by the organisation.

You can change the customer notification by going to Project settings > Notifications > Customer notifications. In this case it is the Public comment added one that you would want to change.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
