How can I get the logs if someone made the changes in workflow if we have multiple Jira Administrators.

check Audit Log in System administration.

In the audit log, you can see these events for Workflow:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
