How can I filter Request Types based on a dropdown selection in a JSM portal form

Hello, 

I want to filter Request Types based on a value from a dropdown (e.g., “Department” or “Category”) selected in a form attached.

Is this possible with native JSM search and filter ?

In your scenario, the departments would be the portal groups and then you can reuse the request types across the different portals.

The other option is to purchase portal apps from Refined or Deviniti that provide you with the freedom to have multiple levels in the portal.

Hi Heloisa,

You can't really do that with a form because the form itself is based on an issue type/work type. You would need to have different "menu" options in the portal itself.
