My company has many departments that manage their own FAQs and "how to pages" in their own Confluence Spaces.
We understand the Knowledge Base articles for the Service Portal are limited to 1 space.
To solve not having to copy/paste the content I used the Include Page macro in the Service Portal knowledgebase page but the content doesn't look like it's being indexed/searched
Is there a configuration I can do to solve this?

Thanks so much for your question.
Jira Service Desk relies on Confluence search. At the moment Confluence search does not support searching page included as macros. There is currently an open ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-19054 to include this functionality. Please vote and follow this ticket to keep track of changes.
