Hope you guys can help me :)
Our customers have in their Customer View the opportunity to filter their requests. They can choose between "all", "open" and "closed" requests (see picture). How is it possible to add another choice here?
Thanks in Advance!
Hello @[deleted] and welcome to Community!
You unfortunately can't add another filter there, see the related feature request: Ability to add/remove columns/filters in My Request page. As far as I know, there is no workaround.
Hope this helps,
- Manon
Thanks Manon for your quick answer! :)
It is a pity that there are currently no possibilities. As I could see, this feature is needed by many
Is there the possibility to edit the existing filters, to rename them as examples?

I guess you could rename them by going into the code with Jira Server, but with Jira Cloud I'm pretty sure we can't rename them!

Ok, understand, we use Jira server. Do you also know where in the code the adjustment must be made?

Oh ok, the labels on your question show you're using Jira Cloud, that's why I thought you were on Cloud - I've just replaced them with Server labels.
I don't exactly know where the code change should be made, and I wouldn't recommend to do that since it will be hard to maintain through Jira upgrades.
Since you're actually in Server, the corresponding feature request is this one: Ability to add/remove columns/filters in My Request page, and a workaround is suggested with this app: Advanced Portal Reports for Service Desk, but do try it first on a staging instance and not on production :)

Manon, I have one more question. The feature request u send me was created in 2016. Will Atlassian ever take care of this problem, someday? I mean a lot of people asking for that feature..

Atlassian explains how they review feature requests here: An updated workflow for Server feature suggestions, it should answer your question!
