How can I delete two statuses from a workflow?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

It is technically possible to remove statuses from workflows.

What type of project are you using? Get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

If you remove a Status from a workflow you will be required to first change all the issues that currently use that status to some other valid status value.

If you are working with a Company Managed project, the workflow may be shared by multiple projects. If it is, then multiple projects are affected by the change.

Hola Carmen,

En la página de lista de proyectos puedes encontrar la información sobre el tipo de proyecto. Ve a la página Ver todos los proyectos en el menú Proyectos.

En la parte superior del flujo de trabajo, puede ver una nota sobre el flujo de trabajo compartido por proyectos. ¿Cuántos proyectos especifica?

¿Ha ejecutado un filtro de búsqueda para ver si hay problemas en los proyectos afectados que se encuentran en esos estados?

project in (X, Y, Z) and status in ("Esperando facturas de medios","Esperando facturar consolidado")

Si hay problemas en esos estados, entonces es necesario realizar la transición a estados diferentes.

Please find the project type information on the Projects list page. Go to the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

At the top of the workflow you may see a note about the workflow being shared by projects. How many projects does it specify?

Have you executed a search filter to see if there are any issues in the affected projects that are in those statuses?

project in (X, Y, Z) and status in ("Esperando facturas de medios","Esperando facturar consolidado")

If there are issues in those statuses then need to be transitioned to different statuses before you remove those statuses.

And this is the flow and the two states in red are the ones you want to eliminate
