How can I costumize the Customer portal?

Hello,
I'm having trouble customizing our customer portal.

How/where can I change the text in the green rectangle?

Where can I change the text in the red rectangle? I know I have set text somewhere but I can’t find where I did this. It is not in the Portal settings of the project. I already looked there.

How can I change the blocks in the blue rectangle. The bold text seem to be labels in Confluence but what is the text beneath it and how can I change both of them.

OOTB, unless something has changed, you cannot edit that text. There are portal addon/alternative options that would allow you to present different text.

I hope you are referring to the text in the green rectangle. It must be possible to change the red and blue rectangles?
