How can I configure the "SHARE WITH" field that is natively displayed in a request, so that by default it indicates the NOBODY option?

Hi @Alexander Boluarte Reátegui 

Currently is not possible to configure this field to set any default. 

There is a suggestion to implement it

If you dont want the customers to share the ticket with its own organization (that is the first option that is showed in this field) , the workaround is change permission scheme or create a security level. 

Workaround is also described in the same issue.

Thanks for your contribution Patricia, I will try the option of adding the informant to a new generic organization
