Hi Peter,

Natively you can't do anything on this page. Please try our app My Requests Extension for Jira Service Desk. Here you can find documentation about this product. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no such option. That is why we created an app - Advanced Portal Reports  - which allows you to show a report with many custom fields, sort and rearrange columns, export to CSV, etc.  Feel free to try it.
