How can I check the settings and the status of outgoing mails for custom email address?

I did set up a custom email for our service desk project and our company domain, from which we use an email address, is validated.

Receiging mails works just fine, no problems there.

However, there seems to be no outbound mail. Our company mail server was checked as well as all spam folders etc.

Therefore my question is: where can I find SMTP settings or even a log of outgoing mails to figure out, what the actual problem is?
