How can I change tool language for the particular user?

Hi,

Currently, in our JIRA SD English is a tool language but some of the guys are more comfortable with the German language so what can I do so that user may use there own choice of language.

Get them to log in, go to their profile and edit the language preference.

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist-Thanks for this, I've already implemented this but what happens only predefine custom field are translated into the German language.

You need to translate custom fields yourself (Issues -> Custom Fields. Choose the required field and then the Translate menu)
