Hi,
I want to know how I can change the order of knowledge base articles and Request form on the customer portal. As of now, I am able to see Kb articles on top of the page and then the Request form which makes it difficult for the user to scroll down and create a new request with us.
Is it possible to make such customization on the portal? Also, please suggest if there's a workaround to do the same.
