Setting the customers'avatars is no more possible on the View Profile page as an admin, sice a couple of days.
How can I do this now ?
Thanx for your help, Julien

My customers (with portal-only customer accounts) cannot change their Avatar anymore.
Thank you for your help.

Hi Guys,
Was this issue resolved anyhow? Nither do I (as an admin) nor customers (by editing thier personal profiles) can pick an avatar for them.
Why doen't it work normally letting people personalize their profiles?
Thank you in advance for a resolution.
Sylwia.

Hi,
I actually just found a bug for this. Take a look at JSDCLOUD-5111. The workaround is to update the Avatar via the following link:
https://<instance name>.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa
Please vote on JSDCLOUD-5111 to add impact for our developers. Once you do that you'll be notified of any updates to the ticket or when there is a fix.
Cheers,

Branden, thank you for the link and a hint. I voted as you adviced.
Have a decent weekend :)

Hi Julien,
You'll want to confirm what kind of account that is. There is a current bug that you can find at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-9469 for this particular issue. When you have a personal account, only you can update your account details, not your administrator so if the account is a personal account that would explain the behavior you are seeing and is documented in Personal and managed Atlassian accounts. As a workaround you can ask the user to log on to id.atlassian.com and change the name in the Profile.
Cheers,
Branden

Hi Branden
Thanx for yout answer.
As an admin, I want to still be able to set/change the data (username, language, avatar) of my external JSD customers.
Many of them never logged in to make theses changes.
Cheers, Julien
