How can I change permissions for customers on the portal in order to see only one specific project?

I have 33 queues divided into 6 groups.  I would like each of my 6 agents to have a URL that only displays their queues

Could you make only 1 group of queues, but add Assignee = Current User into the filter of each queue. That way the same URL would work for every agent and they would only see their issues.

Hi Jeff,

Your question and description don't seem to be asking the same thing.  Can you elaborate?  Could you also let us know if you're cloud or server?

Thanks

We are server based.

Correction - my ask is for a list if URL parms for the service desk.

For example, can I add something like assignee = currentuser ...to the url string

Hi Jeff,

The queues are pretty limited.  You can certainly add into the jql for each queue (assignee = currentusers()), but the whole list of queues will display.

If you're trying to segregate your agent teams, maybe use dashboards instead of the queues.

OR should your service desk project be split up into several projects for each team?

Lots of way to slice and dice this

Susan
