How can I build a JQL to identify the executions of a particular test plan?

I am not seeing the Xray functions to make a JQL that allows me to see the particular executions of a test plan.

Do you mean the "testPlanTestExecutions" mentioned on the xray site?

If so these jql functions are only available on server. As I can see from your original post you are running on cloud instance where those jql functions not working anymore:

There might be some possibility via GraphQL API but tbh. I´m not familiar with that one and could not guide in this way.
