How To Bring back Context Menu for Source Tree in windows.

My context menu works fine during my first install, I can source tree by right-clicking and clicking open repository.

but after some 1 to 2 new updates.. the context menu for windows is broken.

heres a sample image.

as you can see, the icon is broken,, and when I click open as repository,, it doesnt work..

I failed to see how this is related to Jira. Can you elaborate?
